We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on eligible orders to ensure a risk-free shopping experience.
Who is eligible?
To qualify for a return and refund, all of the following must be true:
• Your order total is ₹999 or above
• The product is a rechargeable vibrating product
• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• You raise the request within 7 days of delivery
What is NOT eligible for return?
The following products cannot be returned under any circumstances:
• Bundles or combo offers
• Accessories
• Lubricants (lube)
• Battery-operated products
• Strokers
• Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with (for hygiene and safety reasons)
• Orders below ₹999

2. Replacement Policy
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it free of cost. No hassle.
When are you eligible for a replacement?
• The product arrived physically damaged or broken
• The product is defective or not functioning as described
• A wrong product was delivered
How to get a replacement — step by step
1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via email or WhatsApp. Include your Order ID, reason for the request, and clear photos or a video of the issue.
2. Our team reviews your request, usually within 1–2 business days.
3. Once approved, we arrange a free reverse pickup from your address.
4. A replacement unit (same product, new unit) is dispatched to you promptly.

Please note: Replacements are limited to a new unit of the same product. Exchanges for a different product are not available. |
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
