The opportunity was clear: consumers were limited to either low-quality, unsafe products sold at scale online or high-priced global imports with limited accessibility. Thrillerrr was founded to offer a third option—well-designed, safety-focused, culturally aware products positioned within everyday wellness.
The brand adopts a gender-neutral, stigma-free approach, framing personal massagers as tools for relaxation, comfort, and self-care. Design, discretion, and usability are prioritised over shock value or provocative marketing—allowing the category to be approached with normalcy and trust.
Nigam’s background as founder of Socialyst, where she has worked with 300+ brands, informs Thrillerrr’s strategy-led execution. Her philosophy blends digital intelligence with human insight, ensuring products and communication remain responsible and inclusive.
